Ingredients
Blueberry Almond Smoothie

1 cup Blueberry
1-2 tbsps Honey
2-3 tbsps Almonds - roasted, salted
0.75 cup ice
0.25 cup Almond Milk

Directions

  1. Add liquids first into the blender - almond milk, honey, blueberry and almonds and finally the ice cubes last.
  2. Start your blender a low setting and work up to a higher one, process until smooth.

  • Thinner Smoothie: For a thinner smoothie, add a little almond milk or water - tablespoons at a time after blending everything else.
