Ingredients
Carrot Smoothie

1 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Carrots
0.5-1.5 tbsps Ginger - minced
1 cup ice

Directions

  1. Ginger should be minced.
  2. Add liquids first into the blender - orange juice, then ginger and carrots and finally the ice cubes last.
  3. Start your blender a low setting and work up to a higher one, process until smooth.
