Ingredients

1 cup Shiitake Mushroom
1-3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
(optional) 1-2 tbsps Scallion
(optional) 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Wash shiitake mushrooms and chop into quarter inch slices. Mince garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add in mushrooms and garlic, stir fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add in soy sauce, stir fry for another minute or two.
  5. Serve hot, optionally topped with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
